Roles and responsibilities

1. Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage a team, including hiring, training, and motivating team members to achieve campaign goals
2. Analyse political activities and voting behaviour, conduct comprehensive field research, and formulate data-driven strategies to support political campaigns and candidates.
3. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with political stakeholders, including party leadership, officials, and party workers, to ensure cohesive collaboration and support throughout the campaign process.
4. Devise, plan, and execute impactful end-to-end on-ground campaigns, effectively communicating overarching and targeted messages to different voter group segments .
5. Political Engagement: Stay updated on current political trends and developments, assess public sentiment, and integrate insights into campaign strategies for maximum impact.

Desired Qualification and Experience

• A degree from top tier institutions (Bachelor’s/Master’s or equivalent) is required.
• Candidates should possess 4-6 years of work experience in reputable organizations, experience in political field will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Working proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite and G Suite
• Political acumen and understanding of local culture, geography, and political landscape is an added advantage
• Experience working in a startup will be an added advantage
• Willingness to travel extensively and long working hours
